  • Your complimentary consultation is a chance to speak with our Head of Personal Training before you begin. We use this time to understand your background and lifestyle. We will discuss your training goals and determine whether they’re general, medical, or performance-specific, so that we can tailor a programme that’s right for you from day one.

  • This depends on your goals, experience level, and schedule. Many clients start with 1–2 sessions per week, paired with a bespoke independent training programme. During your consultation, we’ll map out a plan that’s realistic, effective, and sustainable for your life.

  • As our programmes are highly bespoke and tailored to each client’s goals and requirements, pricing is best discussed during your consultation with our Head of Personal Training. That said, we’re happy to share outline pricing for blocks of sessions in advance. Please just ask us when booking in for your consultation.

  • Absolutely. Several members of our team are qualified in working with clients with medical conditions, referrals, or post-rehabilitation requirements. We’ll make sure your programme is safe, supportive, and aligned with any clinical advice you’ve received.

  • Yes. Where appropriate, nutrition can be integrated into your training plan if it plays a significant role in your goals.

  • Our approach is built on structure, expertise, and progress tracking. Every session is documented, feedback-driven, and goal-oriented. You are supported by a team that blends serious training with intelligent support and premium service.
