A fresh approach.

We take a fresh approach to personalised training, offering both nutritional and fitness based mentoring. Together, we will consider your ambitious goals and help you to embark on a suitably structured training programme with a sustained period of professional guidance in order to master the concepts introduced to you throughout your course of training.

Where appropriate, your trainer will signpost you towards suitable nutritional support via our onsite dietary service. All personal training clients have access to an “out-of hours” service - a dedicated forum for clients to contact and liaise with the Club for guidance on lifestyle, nutrition and training related questions.

Bespoke training programmes.

Each of your gym floor sessions will be accompanied by a progress summary to help reinforce the concepts introduced and document the quality of your performance during the session.

Collectively, these summaries are then used to measure comparative improvements you have made, which enables targets to be effectively reviewed and adjusted where necessary.

Prior to commencement of your training programme, you will have the opportunity to engage in a comprehensive consultation with our head of in-house personal training. The consultation helps us to establish your precise goals, exercise background and current training programme (if any).

Our in-house team features personal trainers qualified to cater to physiotherapy and medical referrals, including pre and post-natal training interests.
