CURRENT KENTISH TOWN CLUB MEMBER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

If you currently have a Membership at our Kentish Town Club and would like to switch Clubs, please let us know by submitting a Club Switch Request - via email to kentishtown@thebasementldn.com. In the email please confirm (i) your name, (ii) your current Membership package with Kentish Town, and (iii) optional - a brief outline as to why you are looking to switch Clubs.

Once we receive this information, we will be able to revert back with a reconfirmation as to which Membership package and rate you are currently on at Kentish Town, and information about the Camden Club Membership packages and rates are available to you.

You can then let us know if you’d still like to proceed, and we’ll take it from there!

(Please kindly note that Memberships cannot be switched between Clubs, if those memberships are in the process of being cancelled down (i.e. after valid notice to cancel has been sent).

We are eager for Camden to stand on it’s own two feet for now, and have therefore not formally opened up applications for Multi-Club Access Membership bolt-ons (yet!).

A separate, and important, reason for this decision is protect the integrity of our existing Kentish Town Memberships. We monitor our Member numbers closely at Kentish Town to ensure an optimal and enjoyable training space for our Members (and we will do the same in Camden). While we navigate this new and exciting chapter of growth, we want to be careful to avoid a situation where Kentish Town Club sees in influx of users owing to an introduction Multi-Club memberships.

We’re not saying Multi-Club isn’t coming! 😉 We’re simply saying we need a hot minute to open Camden and make sure we do Multi-Club the right way!
