Freeze your membership.
If you’re going on holiday or just need a little bit of a break, you can request to freeze your pay-monthly membership for up to 3 months per 12-month period of membership at the club. Simply complete the form below and we will get back to you to confirm your membership freeze dates. Please read our Terms & Conditions for full information on the ways in which your membership can be frozen. Please note that memberships can only be frozen in full monthly blocks (i.e. one, two or three month blocks at a time). Fixed term memberships do not qualify for membership freezes.
